Johan Margono

CEO, Pinnacle Court Capital

Johan founded Pinnacle Court Capital in 2020 and leads its energy and infrastructure investment strategy across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. He brings over 30 years of experience in cross-border investments, capital raising and strategic advisory, spanning private equity, asset management, trade finance and information technology. Prior to PCC, he was Managing Director at PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa, the energy and infrastructure arm of the Sinarmas Group, and earlier co-founded TBCC Group, a New York-based trade finance advisory, and Global Realty Outsourcing, which scaled to nearly 1,600 employees and was acquired by GTCR. He also served as an Operating Partner at Quvat, a Singapore-based private equity firm, and held senior roles at the AICPA, Accenture, CSC and Booz Allen Hamilton. Johan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University.

Greg Kontopos

Key Principal

Greg is a recognized expert in cross-border deals and lobbying, with an extensive strategic network spanning Singapore, Greece, the Middle East and Europe. He began his career with major multinational corporations in Greece before relocating to Singapore in 2011, where he founded iGAP and built it into a successful venture ahead of a high-value exit in 2017, after which he turned his focus to investing in early-stage augmented and virtual reality startups. From 2017, he also advised TBCC Group, a venture founded by Johan Margono, and built close relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and industry leaders across Asia's financial ecosystem. In 2020, Greg returned to Greece and launched OTLV, a boutique advisory firm for bespoke cross-border transactions, deepening his collaboration with Johan on venture advisory, investment structuring and capital deployment. Since 2023, the two have focused on high-stakes oil and gas deals, combining Greg's cross-border and diplomatic capabilities with Johan's capital markets background to structure complex energy transactions across global markets. Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the American College of Greece.
